every Indian drivers licence
and
every Indian motor registration:
"You are entitled to stop your vehicle
in the middle of any 2 way narrow road
for upwards of 5 minutes
and
have your private conversation
with any citizen of India
who may be a pedestrian or a fellow motorist".
